Once you have been introduced to Argentine Tango, it comes a time when you may want to perfect your dance or work on your specific needs rather than those of a group.

Prepare to a Special Occasion

You may also want to prepare for a special event or work on a choreographed piece.

WHERE CAN I GET A PRIVATE CLASS?

We offer private dance classes at our own facility but we also offer to travel to your location provided this location is appropriate for dancing Argentine Tango and is within our traveling range.

Our center is in the Inland Empire but we also go to Orange County, Riverside and Los Angeles counties.

STRUCTURES OF PRIVATE CLASSES

Private classes can be shared with a fellow student or partner or you may dance with the teacher.

Dance With the Instructor

An additional benefit of taking a private class by yourself is that you are going to work and dance with a professional dancer. There won’t be any of the struggle one faces when practicing with a fellow student of a similar level.

However if the perspective of dancing with your teacher seems daunting to you, then you can always ask one of your class mates or a Tango friend from the milonga to share a private with you.

Get two teachers per private

Most private classes taught by Dance Tango include the presence of both male and female teachers. The benefit of such a set up is that you get to dance with a pro but also get corrected by a pro who usually dances the same role as you do.

A pro who is a follower and who dances with you during a private may not correct you as well as a leader (if you generally dance as a leader) because a follower knows best how to follow. And vice versa. Even when the leader pro or follower pro knows very well both sides of the dance, he or she cannot see everything that is happening while dancing with a student. Therefore an outside pair of eyes is a valuable asset. This kind of asset is what we offer in our private classes.

From one Private to Private Packages

You may choose to take one private to work on a very specific and limited topic or you may choose to take packages of several private classes.The details of each program as well as their costs should be discussed directly with Dance Tango as each case is a bit different.
