Is Argentine Tango For You?

IS ARGENTINE TANGO FOR YOU?

Argentine Tango is a very social activity and great fun in our eyes (and in the eyes of an ever growing community expanding worldwide). But Argentine Tango is not for everyone.  Don’t let this statement spook you and ask the question openly: Is Argentine Tango for You?

You may use the information provided below to start to answer this question.

So the challenge is NOT about performing acrobatic moves. Such moves would be inappropriate in a social dancing environment anyway. In fact, you may have two left feet and still find out that Argentine Tango is for you. The challenges are of a different nature.
If you are curious about Argentine Tango and its challenge, take the opportunity to attend one of our classes for total beginners and find out whether Argentine Tango is also your gig.
I would like to re-emphasize that, it does not matter whether you think you have two left feet or not, you are too young or too old, you are too thin or too fat, you are too shy or too rough, etc. Look carefully at the picture on the left: Yes! She has only one leg but she dances Argentine Tango. The only thing that matters is whether you enjoy it. The rest we will take care of.
Do not procrastinate, just come to one of our classes for Argentine Tango designed for beginners and share the fun of learning Argentine Tango with Avi and Cecilia, social Argentine Tango dancers & instructors for nearly 20 years, the best in the Inland Empire.

Upcoming Beginners’ classes:

Thursday February 18th at 8:00pm

Argentine Tango is exquisite when the timing is!

In Argentine Tango, from walking to complicated figures, the dance flows smoothly out only if the timing is just right.

Since one picture is worth 1000 words, we thought that the video herewith posted will best illustrate our point and hopefully make you laugh too!

If you are interested in working on your timing in Argentine Tango, feel free to join one of our classes! Check our schedules out by visiting our Dance-Tango-calendar/ calendar.
